Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original box or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original tags are attached and the equipment is securely padded.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email and a refund or exchange notification within 5-7 business days of receipt.
